Global definition (“QA_SAFE_MODE“) have been added to the qa-config.php.
Set QA_SAFE_MODE to true to move your site in the minimum configuration. PQA ignores third-party themes and plugins that you have installed. When nothing (or Fatal error) was displayed on your site (Admin panel included), this feature may be useful. If QA_SAFE_MODE is true, PQA will ignore settings and will load resources below forcibly.

- Site theme for mobile: qa-theme/Base
Plugins: Refer to Admin > Plugins
All of plugins do not be loaded.
