Core feature to dispatch CRON job to any plugins may be necessary. For example, DMP and NP are using CRON job. There is a similar plugin called Fake CRON. However, virtual CRON is not suitable for heavy processing. So, we need real CRON job controller. By this feature, CRON setting of the Linux kernel will be OK at once.
