Site title suffix removed

Site title suffix of Q2A is "Q&A". Since it is not suitable for PowerQA, it has been removed.

Source:

  • qa-include/qa-lang-options.php (default_suffix)
  • qa-include/qa_default_site_title() [' '(space) removed]
